It is not fine for you to follow a keto diet.you need to follow a healthy meal which has a choice of healthy foods from.different food groups.this will help you to maintain a healthy  weight and will make you stay away from the side effects of any fancy diets which are not actually meant for weight reduction

Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks stay hydrated . Eat more fruits n vegetables daily .. start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.

No dont follow keto diet plan. Follow high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises daily. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods processed foods fried foods completely. Drink water 16glasses daily. Take healthy and natural foods and change life style physical activity and eating habits and timings as well.
