KeraXl scalp lotion. Keral xl lotions?

My dermotologist have prescriped keral Xl scalp lotion. Off late i have been experiencing servere hairfall dull dry and damaged hair. I wanted to know if kera xl has any side effects? Or is it safe to use? Wats the difference in MX2 and keral xl lotions? The reason for hairfall is due to stress and i wasnt well had high wbc count and infection.post one month of treatment i am facing excess hairfall. The doctor prescriped me Raviron XL and keraboost tabs for a month. I am very unsure for Kera Xl because if it leads to more hairloss and more over i have my marraige coming up in the next two months dont have much time nor cant experiment too but at the same time want them to be treated. As Mx2 leads to more hairloss as all dry and weak hair falls off and new hair grows. Could you please suggest should i use Kera Xl and the difference between mx2 and kera. Your advice will be of a great help to me. Thank you!
