Keratosis pillaris
Hi I am having several very small red pimples on upper arms - i think i have keratosis pillaris. these dont hurt at all bt doesnt look nice and am unable to wear cut sleeves. Is there any ointment or topical solution that can help me get rid of these. Its been there since 4-5 years
