Keratosis Pilaris on upper arm

Medication for Keratosis Pilaris on upper arm. It has spread and deteriorated with time. They are like tiny red bumps and has spread on the entire upper arm. It is like small acnes and also has something whitish inside sometimes. I had them from childhood. Can it be treated?
