Keratosis pilarasis
I HV it on my arms and it's the reason I can't wear sleeveless clothes , it's been there since 20 years now , I m totally fed up , tried retino a , trio block , aziderm , clindac a and so many tropical creams but no help off late tried cocunut oil , exfoliating etc but no help I m sick of this pls help

This is Keratosis Pilaris. No medicine can cure it as it is due to tiny hair present on that part of body. Mostly it occurs due to genetic cause. Hair removal laser can help improve its appearance or might remove it completely. Results vary case to case.
