Keloid removal.

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had removed the warts on my neck by TCA at GMC, Ytl. The regions there have gotten dark and keloids have formed. Is there now way to get rid of these keloids? Also, day by day, the hair on my head are becoming brownish and thin. What do I do to restore their blackness and thickness? Attached is an image of those Keloids.
