Keloid On Ear - I Got My Ear Pierceing Closed Through Laser As

I got my ear pierceing closed through laser as it was quite big. Then through laser only, i got my ear pierced again. Eventually a keloid formed near that spot and it is painful sometimes. What is the supposed treatment?
