Keloid on a mid chest area. Need inputs.

Hello Doctor Kiran, thanks for being there for answering all the questions from patients, we really want to appreciate that for your best kindness and efforts to direct the world in a best possible way. I would like to get an inputs from you on the Keloid scar on my chest, am suffering from past couple of years. I am having tough challenge to cover it up and it often burns with sharp pain and itchy. Visited multiple skin specialist, but no positive avail to treat it from root. Though I understand that, this keloids are reluctant to get fully removed and chances of recurring is persistent. Currently am applying a SCAREND gel & T-bar ointment, along with Evion 200 MG tablets, to control the condition of my Keloid. One of the skin specialist has advised to get injected into the Keloid to flatten it out to an extent. I came across your profile to be a renowned skin specialist and hence seeking your valuable guidance or advise to overcome my problem with this keloid. Hereby attached the pic
