2 days ago in my city i visited a ayurvedic doctor.he prescribed me (samsmani vati, ashwagandha powder,trikatu powder ) but i don't know how to take it .he is out of town can you plzz guide me for the problems. 1.Sticky poop 2.Over weight 3.Oily skin 4.Jock itching (no infection) 5.Eyes pain 6. Soft stool not coming out (constipation)

Good morning I think you need proper nadi parikshaan but right now ; take trikatu powder 2 times a day before meals with white butter . And take at bed time hot water with roasted zeera powder and roasted saunf powder mixed with mishri .

Hello dear,No need to worry, Take Tab Triphala Himalaya drug 3 tabs at night with Lukewarm water for 3 days, Take Trikatu Churna 1/2 tsf twice a day in empty stomach with honey or Sitopaladi Churna 1 tsf bid with honey in empty stomach, Ashvagandha 1 tsf before breakfast and after dinner with milk, Massage with Tuvrak oil or olive oil, Sanshamani Vati or Giloy Ghan Vati,or Tab Guduchi 2 tabs bid after meals
