Kam se kam 3 weeks rahenge wires. Acha rahega agar 5 weeks Tak rakho.. healing time zyada lagega tumhare foot me kyunki buri chot hai. Haddi hi nahi , kafi ligament fate hain. Aur doctors ne sahi likha hai 4 se 6 mahine healing andar chalti hai... To sujan bhi tab tak rahegi, par chalne firne lag sakte ho 1-1.5 mahine baad jab dard band ho jaye.
Next Steps
take care. keep leg elevated. follow your prescription
Health Tips
take vitamin d and b12 injections, healing will be quicker

As far as wire removal goes, 4-6 weeks should be enough. But more importantly you should appreciate that this is a fairly complex injury, and therefore will take quite a while for it to feel Normal again. Usually atleast around 6 months or so, if you're doing everything right.
Next Steps
Stick to your doctor, don't miss follow ups, and ask about and follow rehabilitation advice properly.
