Which time is perfect for juice ( vegetable juice or mausambi juice ) in morning empty stomach or in evening snacks time (5-6 pm).

Vegetable juice is a good option and you can take any time . Specially when  you have to go out or before activity to maintain the hydration of the body. When you are taking vegetable juices ce try to add lemon or awala (awala is best option) You have to avoid any kind of fruit juice either it is fresh also beacause of fiber. So try to take whole fruit. But for a change take any one fruit juice with pulp.

Vegetable Juice can be taken at any time. Early morning is excellent, before a meal is also good. It's vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients are best absorbed on an empty stomach and it also has a detoxifying effect on the body. Fruit juice is avoidable completely because it raises the blood sugars rapidly. A bit of whole fruit (like apple, pineapple,pears) however can be added to Vegetable juice to enhance its taste 10x times !! Make sure you don't add too much fruit though !

Hi You can drink juice anytime as per your schedule. There is no right time to drink the juice. But I want to mention when we have to choose between juice and fruit try to choose fruit as in juice we take more of calories and fibre also finish off. It's always better to go for a whole fruit rather than a juice. As this increases the calories , reduces fiber and reduces antioxidant. A veg juice / Soup can be taken any time as an in between snacks. If you cannot have it whole. Don't throw the fiber. Never have any liquids ( juice)  just after food. Can be taken after 2 hrs or before meals or before 2 hours.
