Joint weakness
I feel my joints are weak and not strong enough to bear gym workout s. I don't feel stron pain. I feel mild discomfort and also I can hear and feel cracking noise in elbows joints whenever I stretch it. How to strengthen joints. Also my vitamin d is 31. Taking 60k for 8 weeks .

Do general conditioning excercises like walking,cycling and yoga. Increase intake of milk and dairy products like Curd cheese and paneer. Take calcium also along with vitamin d
