sounds like you might be experiencing digestive issues and possibly some joint pain. It's important to consult a doctor at the earliest. Here are a few general suggestions that might help in the meantime: 1. **Stay Hydrated:** Make sure you're drinking enough water throughout the day to aid in digestion and overall health. 2. **Eat Small, Frequent Meals:** Instead of trying to eat large meals with long gaps in between, try to have smaller, more frequent meals to see if that helps with your digestion. 3. **Include High-Fiber Foods:** Foods rich in fiber can help with digestion. Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes in your diet. 4. **Avoid Trigger Foods:** If there are specific foods that seem to worsen your symptoms, try to avoid them for now. 5. **Rest and Elevate Your Feet:** Since you're having pain in your feet and knees, make sure to rest and elevate your feet when you can. If the pain persists, make sure to see a healthcare professional for a proper assessment. Remember, these are general suggestions and may not address the root cause of your symptoms. .
