  4. Swelling of a vein on forehead. Serious?

Swelling of a vein on forehead
Due to the blunt hit of a door knob on my scalp ,a vein with swelling has appeared on my forehead.Its not paining or neither any symptoms to me. What shall I do? Is it very serious?
