My mother is having pain in the joints of her fingers on both the hands. A noticeable amount of bent is seen now, with inflammation. I referred to a blog about Ayurvedic treatment: https://www.superbeing.in/arthritis-ayurvedic-treatment/. Do you think this is the best option, or should i go for modern medicine.
