Joint pain after starting to drink water
Throughout most my life ive drunk alot of fizzy drinks. Ive never been overly keen on just water or still drinks. This inevitably has cause alot of stiff joints and muscle tightness. Ive recently started to cut out all fizzy drinks and have been drinking more water. I feel alot of tension has left my body. However im getting alot of pain in my hips, my lower back, ankles and my elbows. Is this likely to be because my joints and muscles are starting to heal and are just very stiff?
