Your report shows mild changes in the structures around your knee. Do you have any history of fall or injury? How did you confirm that you have knee joint inflammatory disease? Do you have any blood report? Are you into sports?
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation twice a day for 15-20 minutes around the knee joint. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do knee strengthening and stretching exercises, hip stretching and strengthening exercises twice a day with proper guidance. You should start the exercises gradually from basics to advanced. Avoid full squat. Avoid floor sitting.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist in person or through video call for further evaluation and treatment.

Hello dear You said that you are suffering from joint knee inflammation disease for 18 months and have got pain on the back of both knees. I would really want to know how were you diagnosed with inflammatory knee disease and do you have symptoms in other joints as well. Your MRI report is essentially normal for somebody with that disease. Something doesn't add up. Please get back with all blood reports and xrays if any. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta
