Have been experiencing pain in the shoulder blades,neck and lower back region since the last 6 years.Consulted chiropractors and took medications but to no avail.

Since you are having the pains for the last six years, you should meet with an Orthopaedic doctor for an examination to determine the cause of the pain in your neck shoulder blades and lower back Please do not delay any longer

Pain in the neck and should usually arises from bad posture and weak musculature. Prolonging the problem is not recommended.
