Jock itching near Groan area.With rashes

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Extreme itching near Groan area....With rashes and small pimple like dots o n the boarder of effected area. Symptoms similar to Jock itching. Having this problem since long..Have applied fungal cream which reduces it but the movement I forget to apply cream it comes back. PLease suggest some complete remedity
