Jock itch at inner thigh

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hello, I am suffering from jock itch from last 4-5 months. I have tried certain cream( quadiderm, dexoderm) and powder( surphas, candid ) as well, but nothing seems to be effective. I have also tried fluca50 medicine as well. The itching minimize for some times but it again increases. Please suggest what to do now as it is very annoying.
