Jock itch.

Asked for Male, 24 Years

2 weeks back I found red rash (jock itch) on my left groin. Later it spread to left side of scrotum and then I followed some home remedy and got rid of it from my groin. Now it got in my butt crack. "Lot of moisture is producing in that affected area" is what that irritates me a lot. Please suggest me any cream or soap or tablets etc to get rid with this.. Symptoms: Red rash in butt crack, Lot of moisture in affected area, itchy.
