I’m really glad you shared the **Echo report** and the full situation 🙏 I’ll speak **very clearly and responsibly**, because this involves the **heart**. --- ## First — what the Echo report actually shows (important) From the report image, key points are: * **Normal LV systolic function (EF ~60–65%)** ✅ * **Grade I diastolic dysfunction** * **Mild tricuspid regurgitation (TR)** * No major valve disease * No heart failure 👉 This means: * The **heart pumping is good** * But the **heart relaxation is mildly stiff** (very common with age, BP, stress) * Echo **CANNOT rule out coronary artery blockage** --- ## VERY IMPORTANT CLINICAL RED FLAG 🚨 Even though chest pain reduced, **jaw tightness / pressure persisting** is a **classic angina warning sign**. Please understand this clearly and calmly: ❗ **Jaw pain / tightness can be cardiac ischemia** ❗ Echo being “mostly normal” does **NOT** rule out blockages ❗ Many heart attacks happen with normal Echo So the cardiologist is **NOT overreacting** by suggesting angiogram if symptoms persist. --- ## Can Ayurveda “permanently cure” this? I must be honest and ethical here 🙏 ### ❌ Ayurveda CANNOT replace angiogram ### ❌ Ayurveda should NOT delay heart investigations But… ### ✅ Ayurveda CAN be used as **supportive therapy** * To reduce spasm * To calm Vata–Pitta * To improve circulation * To reduce anxiety-related tightening --- ## What you should do RIGHT NOW (non-negotiable) If jaw tightness: * Comes with exertion * Comes with stress * Comes at night * Comes repeatedly 👉 **Please do NOT delay angiogram / further cardiac tests** This is about **safety, not fear**. --- ## SAFE Ayurvedic SUPPORT (along with cardiologist care) These are **adjuncts**, not substitutes. ### 🌿 1️⃣ *****(****)** * 1 tablet **twice daily after meals** * Strengthens heart muscle & circulation --- ### 🌿 2️⃣ *****Vati** (plain, not gold) * **1 tablet twice daily after food** Helps chest tightness, cardiac Vata imbalance. --- ### 🌿 3️⃣ ******* * 1 tablet **at night** Reduces stress-induced tightening and sympathetic overdrive. --- ## ❌ What NOT to take * Strong stimulants * Self-medication for “cholesterol cleaning” * Heavy Panchakarma at this stage * Ignoring cardiologist’s advice --- ## Diet & lifestyle (very important) * No fried / oily food * No heavy dinner * Avoid anger, stress * Gentle walking only (no exertion) * Adequate sleep --- ## When to go to hospital IMMEDIATELY 🚑 If ANY of these happen: * Chest pain returns * Jaw pain increases * Pain radiates to left arm/back * Sweating, nausea, breathlessness * Dizziness or fainting --- ## Final honest guidance 🙏 I know you are worried and want a **permanent solution**. But with heart symptoms: > **Investigation first, treatment next — never the reverse.** Ayurveda can **support**, but **angiogram saves lives**. --- If you want, tell me: * Your aunt’s **age** * BP / diabetes status * Current medicines prescribed by cardiologist * Whether jaw tightness occurs at rest or exertion I’ll help you **coordinate Ayurveda safely with modern treatment**, not against it 🌿 Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Ayurvedic Perspective In Ayurveda, chronic angina is associated with Hridroga (heart disease) caused by imbalance of Vata and Kapha dosha, improper digestion, stress, and unhealthy lifestyle. Helpful Ayurvedic Herbs (to be taken only under medical supervision) Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) – Strengthens heart muscles and improves circulation Ashwagandha – Reduces stress and supports cardiac function Garlic (Lahsun) – Helps lower cholesterol and improves blood flow Triphala – Supports digestion and metabolism Guggulu – Helps in lipid control and artery health. Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Diet Tips Prefer warm, light, freshly cooked food Reduce oily, fried, salty, and processed foods Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains Avoid smoking, alcohol, and excessive caffeine Maintain regular sleep and stress-free routine Role of Yoga in Chronic Angina Yoga helps by improving oxygen supply, reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, and strengthening the heart. Recommended Yoga Asanas (gentle & supervised) Tadasana (Mountain Pose) Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose) Avoid strenuous or fast yoga postures. Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) Anulom Vilom – Improves circulation and calms mind Bhramari – Reduces anxiety and stress Deep breathing – Enhances oxygenation ⏱ Practice 10–15 minutes daily. Meditation & Stress Management Mindfulness meditation Guided relaxation Yoga Nidra Stress reduction plays a key role in preventing angina attacks. Important Safety Notes Continue all prescribed cardiac medicines Yoga should be done only after cardiologist approval Stop immediately if chest pain, breathlessness, or dizziness occurs
