Hello, considering your symptoms, yes it could be a TMJ problem. OPG is not of much help. Consult a good TMJ specialist doctor and get the right diagnosis and treatment. Right side wisdom tooth is fine. So i don't think it's a wisdom tooth problem.

Hi
You have an impacted wisdom tooth which needs to be addressed.
The position of your impacted wisdom teeth, gives excess pressure on the teeth in front of it and it's quite painful and the reason for sore throat might also be the same.
If you don't get it removed now, in future there are chances that you might likely land up in TMJ deviation and popping issues.
Nothing much to worry about.
Hope ur question is answered.
Next Steps
