Jaw makes sound

Asked for Female, 40 Years

While talking and eating my jaw makes sound. I feel little pain in the backside of ear near lower jaw. Only while first bite of food I feel pain. I DONE OPG xray , nothing found in. Pls help me , I'm worried. Thanks
