Jaw locked due to pan
Due to pan chewing my jaw got locked, only opening short and my cheek muscle got stiff... I need solution for this

Dear friend, actually this is very serious issue ,u must be knowing all the side-effects and diseases because of pan and tobacco chewing.Anyway the condition is called as OSMF (oral submucos fibrosis)The condition won't go on its own so u will have to visit your dentist.He will start with some multivitamin like Tab.SM fibro for 2-3 months along with vitamin A . after that he will check for the mouthopening if not satisfied he will inject some steroids in the fibrotic patches of mucosa.this will take time
