If u have jaw discomfort near the back teeth area based on ur age it might be a wisdom tooth issue. If u having jaw pain take a xerodol sp three times a day for five days. Also look up jaw exercises in YouTube you can find temporary relief during lock down. U can also use a muscle relaxant. If u have pain referred to another area u must visit for online consultation. We need to see if pain is dental origin or not. Pls consult.

Or do you have pain on chewing something especially hard or hot or cold &/ irrespective of that continuous pain the jaw? Also, It's nature I. e is it continuous or not & get aggrevated after eating something & relieved by rest ? Let me know,  if  I can help you to find out best solution for it.

In most of the cases a physical examination is enough but to get a clear picture you can go for radiographic examination. In this case an MRI would be best option.
Next Steps
Try to visit a Oral Medicine and Radiology or TMJ specialist
