Jaw and eye pain

I'm 13 y/o female and have had jaw pains for a while. It feels aching and clicks and pops through out the day. I have been told be several people that its just TMJ or my I'm either grinding my teeth, but i have been feeling this shooting pain from my jaw all the way up to my eye and the pain is getting increasingly worse.
