Jaw Pain Right Down The Earlobe

I have a jaw pain since 3 days and now my jaw is blown like a small ballon down the ear lobe. It pains badly when you open mouth or chew. The are affected is where the muscles are located.please let me know if u could help me out.thank you!

Hi ! The symptoms u mentioned seems to be parotid gland inflammation i.e mumps, but if u dont have fever associated with chills body pains etc its not so dangerous, but its better to consult nearest general physician as early as possible, to rule out any other associated conditions.
