  4. IVF related query. Case and cost of it?

My wife has endometriosis cyst which is detected last week. Her age is 30. So my question is,  should we try for pregnancy for few months (as we have not tried yet) then go for IVF? or immediately go for IVF? And another question, what will be the rate of success in that case and cost of it?
