I have failed one ivf with 0.99 amh now suffering from heavy period pain and bleeding what is the next step is there any injections to reduce endometriosis and then plan for ivf plz help me

You can ask your doctor to give lupride injection monthly  for 3 months and then do an ultralong protocol for stimulation for you. However choice of stimulation  has to be individualized depending upon previous response, afc, amh and bmi.
