I was on antidepressants from May 2020 to Dec 2020 as I was going through panic attack and depression.. I was on prodep 20mg, last night again I underwent a sudden panic attack with my left hand, head, neck and leg feeling tingling and sleeplessness, today I underwent an Embroyo transfer, but still feeling anxious..Feel zomped in my head.. is it safe to consult my psychiatrist and continue my antidepressants for sometime? Kindly suggest your views?

Did you tell every thing about your mental issue ,medicines with your IVF specialist dr if not then tell now and he/she will guide you that which medicines you can continue.

Instead , I suggest you to consult a psychological Counselor..
Because counselling sessions can bring in you some clarity and motivation back into your life.
Also, it is safer without medicines..
