Iugr gestation
Can you see iugr gestation through transabdominal ultrasound in the first trimester? I had sex 4 months back.. took ipill.. now has 2 months of amenorrhea.. i week back. I did transabdominal ultrasound and it s was normal . Uterine size was 7.5 × 4.4× 3.5 cm. And endometrium was 7.5 mm .. does it mean i am pregnant like with 12 weeks?, if i have iugr pregnancy. Will it be visible in 1st trimester transabdomjnal scan??
