Hi The gestational age is 33 weeks 6 days and the HC is 32 weeks, yes, the is a mismatch of around 2 weeks, but I the 3rd trimester scan, a mismatch is usually allowed upto 2 weeks, it may be normal too. But what is of concern in your scan is oligamnios, a deceased amniotic fluid.
Next Steps
I would suggest a repeat scan in an institute or medical College with good Radiology department or a scan with a fetal medicine expert, please find out one near you. A more detailed scan can give a good decision when to take the baby out. And nothing to worry as you are already 33 plus weeks, in good hands especially in institutes with good protocols, even 28 week babies can come out quite well.
Health Tips
Kept away from stress, meditate which can make a difference to to yourself and your baby. Take good healthy diet and your supplements too
