Itchy Skin problem

I am having a skin problem from past 4 months, it's not ready to go away! There is red patchy burn like spots appeared in the lower part of the body, and they are so itchy I can't control myself to stop rubbing!!! Medicine are of no use. Please suggest something.. what to do... Any blood test required? Is this any kind of skin cancer? I am scared... I am attaching few pictures...
