Itchy skin

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Hi. I have an itchy skin in my body and hair scalp, but not 24/7 . It comes then and there especially while sleeping. But I don't see any rashes or scars or any allergic reaction. Is this an starting symptoms of any other disease that going to affect kidney lungs or liver like anything. I don't know who to consult, whether dermatologist or any other, so please help on this. Thank you
