Itchy red skin

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been suffering from itchy skin on my hands for about a month after i got drowned in salty ocean water. At first I thought it to be salt water reaction and treated it with normal body lotion. Also avoided soap water in the area. It got better for a while but again started. Recently I started using Neosporin on the area but it still hasn't reduced and keeps itching a lot. Please help.
