Itchy rashes on my skin

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I've been having these rashes for 2weeks now, at first I used Vaseline and it all disappeared with spots on my skin. Then recently I used a friends towel and they are back and itchy than ever before. Even my penis itches . How can you help me?
