Asked for Female, 28 Years

My son is 2years old..he is suffering with some allergy since a month..consulted a dermatologist..he said it is mosquito bites allergy..they were small pimple like rashes on his hands and feet.have medication..the rashes are slightly fading..again another type of rashes started..they look like some heat rashes..very itchy..it was in the underarms..I am using prickly heat powder..the rashes in the underarms reduced but it started on the back..what should I do?not sure what the problem is!!
