Itchy pus filled bumps on face

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I steamed my face four days ago and noticed several tiny pimple around my jawline, i thought them to be normal pimples and lateral i noticed my face is looking like its clogged, now on day 4 i have several pus filled structure, my whole face is itchy and i cant even wash, on touching it feels there are several bumps, i suspect its folliculitis
