Itchy bumps spreading

Asked for Female, 18 Years

My arms has been itchy for two days and it spread to my chest, neck, (more on my arms), and stomach. I have no fever or uncomfortable symptoms other than really itchy i feel like I'm to old to have chicken pox, so with that being said i think it might be an allergic reaction idk to what but idk what to do will it go away on its own? and why is it spreading?
