Itchy Bumps on Thighs and vagina

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My calves , thighs are very itchy since a month and everywhere i scratch it turns into blue bruisers . I got bumps on Vagina as well , itchy . 5-6 bumps , not in a cluster , individual and apart from one another , itchy as well . I thought it can be STD but I don’t understand why my thighs and calves are itchy and turn blue bruises and I got confused as of what it can be I am having Allegra and applied Candid , everytime is better thn last month but not completely gone
