Itchy bumps

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I woke up this morning with bumps on my elbows, upper arms, two or so on my back, a couple on my feet. I am itchy all over and I think I may have had an allergic reaction to something. They don’t look like bug bites, and my left arm has some kind of reddish tone and I can see individual small red dots. Not bumps, but dots. And when I look real close, they look like volcanoes with a hole in the middle of the bump.
