Itchy breast

Asked for Female, 19 Years

My left breast has been very itchy for the past 3/4 weeks. I always have the urge to itch it. the itchiness occurs only around the nipple area and I can notice some dry skin and peelings of the skin in that area. I went to the doctor and she goes to me, its because you need to wear a cotton bra however since that time the itching has not stopped. its really worrying me
