Itchy big bumps on body

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have VERY itchy bumps on my body. These itchy bumps are mainly on my legs. They're different size, I have a lot of them. They almost cover my entire leg and I have random ones on my body. I was told its an allergic reaction but blood test results were normal. What ould this be? Any remedies? I take Chlorphenamine tablets but they dont help.
