Itching under penies skin
Hello, Last few months (about a year), iam  facing the problem with my penies itching. I observed to that there is some white deposit sometime between outer skin and penies. I used to clean my penis regularly. But nowadays I am feeling more pain while removing the skin back. This is impacting my sexual life aswell. I never had done any external physical relation other than my wife. I am staying in an apartment where the recycled water is used for flush. Request your expertise for this issue.
