Itching, swelling, pain

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Last week i drink alcohol and next day i see some dots on my finger of both leg and hand after some days middle finger of my leg start iching and itched also so after few days those dots become big with red-blue sweliing with normal pain. So doctor plz tell me what happen with me?
