Itching sometimes flaking hair loss

How can I get rid of I think Seborrheic Dermatitis in my eyebrows it’s causing my hairs to fall out like crazy even if I touch them I wake up and there’s hair on my face my eyebrows of itchy slightly red and flaking and if I pick at the flakes a hair comes out this started happened 3 months ago Will they grow back healthy ? I’m only 17 please help
