Itching & skin marks in hand & leg

Asked for Male, 43 Years

I had a mark in my left ankle which was shown to Dr long back & a cream was suggested & was used & it was cleared & now in the same place & also at few other places it has occurred & even itching is happening, When i first visited it was said as exima & treated please suggest what to do for further course of treatment.
