Itching sensation in hands and legs

Hello..i am 17 weeks pregnant now.im having itching sensation in my arms,hands and legs.if i scrath,the itching will be increasing and im getting small water bubbles after scratching.this is my second pregnancy and i had it before in my first delivery.i have used medicine for this and it gone after one week of delivery.can i go for any medication for this?!
