Itching Penis from last 4-5 days

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am having itchiness in the penis. It's inside foreskin in glans part.Some redness is visible in some portion. Itching has not worsen but it persistent. Please help on the treatment and is it something serious. I would like to avoid in person clinic visit at this time, can it be treated with some cream?
